AIF and AIFF not playing

Hello,

My stystem

Windows server 2012 in Minimal server mode plus
Audiophile Optimizer
Minimserver
Kinsky on IPad and IPhone
Jplay in dual pc mode

All my AIF files show in Kinsky but will not play

Conferting them to wav with dB poweramp doesn't
Help

What to do?

This might be a MIME type issue with your UPnP renderer. Kinsky won't send a file to the renderer unless the renderer has advertised support for the file's MIME type via the GetPtrotocolInfo API.

Are you able to play any other file types using Kinsky? Are you able to play any files using another control point?

Which UPnP renderer are you using?

Plating other file types is no problem,

I tried other controlpoints but they don't see Jplay streamer as room

I did not installed an speciffic UPnP renderer. Only Java, minimserver and Jplay 6.0 beta

The combo foobar, MonkeymoteHD and Jplay has no problems with AIF and AIFF

It sounds like JPLAY6 is acting as the UPnP renderer. I have contacted the JPLAY developers about this problem.

The JPLAYStreamer renderer in JPLAY6 doesn't support AIFF files. It supports WAV only (and other formats that can be transcoded to WAV using MinimStreamer).
